「外国公館等に対する消費税免税店舗」指定のお知らせ

御茶ノ水楽器センターは2018年1月1日付で「外国公館等に対する消費税免税店舗」（Designated Store）に指定されました。
外国公館等に対する消費税免税対象となるお客様は、下記のいずれかの免税カードを所持している方です。
・大使館、(総)領事館、国際機関などに配られる「公館用」カード
・大使館の外交官や(総)領事館の領事官、また大使館や(総)領事館の事務技術職員、国際機関職員(一部)およびこれらの配偶者に発給される「外交官等用」カード

以下、消費税免税に必要な書類です。
・上記の免税カード
・外交官等身分証明票(証)
・免税購入表
以上の書類のご用意をお願い致します。

Designated Storeであることを示す指定店のステッカーは店舗入り口とレジスター前にてご確認いただけます。

Ochanomizu Gakki Center announces that we became Tax Exemption store for Foreign Establishments, in other words “Designated Store” as of January 1st, 2018. It was authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
The Customer who has any Tax Exemption card of followings is subjected to Tax Exemption for Foreign Establishments.
・Tax Exemption card which is issued to government establishments (embassy, consulate and international organization).
・Tax Exemption card which is issued to diplomats (diplomats of embassy, consuls of consulate, clerical work of embassy or consulate, some staff of international organization and their spouse)

When you make a purchase at our store and want to get a tax exemption, you need to show us following documents. Please come to our store after preparing them.
・Above Tax Exemption card
・Identity document such as embassy or consulate
・Certificate of Tax Exemption Purchase for Foreign Establishments

You can find DS stickers which prove we’re Designated Store at entrance of our store and in front of cash desk.

We offer Tax free shopping to foreign visitors who have temporary stayed in Japan for less than 6 months since entering Japan.
You must bring your passport to process this procedure. The purchase amount should be more than 10,001 yen excluding tax.
